Kalimutxo in Hossegor

Vince opened the Kalimutxo bar on the Place des Landais, around 2005, and it has been a local secret since then. The bar is tiny and feels crowded with only a handful of people inside, but there is a large terrace outside and when the weather is fine it is packed.

What the Kalimutxo Bar lacks in size it makes up for in menu. There are over SEVENTY beers on the menu from all over the world, mainly from Europes corners such as Czechoslovakia, Belgium, Germany, Lichenstein and the rest. Be careful what you order as the average strength of his beers seems to be around 8% and some of the stronger ones as high as 15%! A must for any beer devotee.
