Full English breakfast at Cream Café

Cream Café has picked up the baton and launched the first "Full English Breakfast" in town. The "Proper Breakfast" is cooked and served by Simon Swanky, local painter and decorator (Check the "building services" section on this site).
All the usual suspects are there: 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 tomatoes, 2 hash browns, a spoon of mushrooms, a spoon of onions and ... get this ... "Home Made" baked beans. Swanky reckons tinned baked beans are a)too sweet and b)generally rubbish. So he makes his own. Hopefully he will post the recipe. The breakfast is served with HP sauce, ketchup, 2 rounds of toast. and a mug of strong tea. Of course.
As if that isn't good enough, at 12.30pm the kitchen switches from breakfast to lunch. Fish, chips and mushy peas. Served with football or rugby on the big screen.

Coming soon apparently: The Loggers Breakfast - Fried eggs, steak and hash browns, served with a mug of strong coffee - For when bacon is just too girly.
